Journaling and affirmations are so powerful. 

Journaling itself helps you reflect on a certain “bad” situation or mood. You can share the way you think and feel without being judged. 

It also helps you know yourself, what makes you vulnerable and sensitive.

After sharing your story, it’s time to let go of the bad feelings. Say or write a few powerful affirmations. A few examples are:

I am always enough. 

I am deserving.

I am supported.

My thoughts are just thoughts, and I have the power to change them.

Don’t write just any affirmation. Write the ones related to the current situation. They will boost your mood and raise your vibration. 

Many times such small things can spoil your days.

Even if your job is not your current passion or you don’t yet live in the place of your dreams, be grateful for what you have.
