My name is Mariya and I am dedicated to show you that healthy eating and living are for everyone and don’t have to be hard at all.

When I started my journey, in my head healthy eating was being constantly starving, cutting out my favorite foods, and basically eat salads all day, every day. I thought that my life should spin around food. It felt impossible…

After some time and a lot of researching, I realized that healthy eating is so easy and can fit everyone’s lifestyle.
